Derrickhands are needed in Casper, Wyoming, for Nabors, a global leader in advanced drilling technology for the energy sector. This role involves supporting the mud module and assisting with drilling operations on a rig. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights and in challenging conditions.

• Minimum of 3 years rig experience as a Floorhand or Motorhand for Nabors, or 1 year as a Derrickhand for another drilling company
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Physical ability to climb, lift, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl throughout the shift
• Comfortable working 140+ feet above the rig floor
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 4 hours at a time
• Ability to repetitively lift and carry items weighing upwards of 60 lbs
• Ability to swing 20 lbs sledge hammers and torque wrenches requiring up to 160 lbs of torque
• Must be able to work 7 or 14 days on and 7 or 14 days off, including holidays, weekends, days, and nights
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times
