Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Lead Commercial Mechanical Projects in Wyoming
Job Overview- Company: GW Mechanical Inc.
- Salary/Pay Rate: $30 to $36+ per hour plus Fixed Bonus.

Journeyman Plumbing License, Valid Driver's License.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Execute complex commercial plumbing installations in strict accordance with local codes and blueprints.
- Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within specified quality standards.
- Operate standard tools and materials of the trade while maintaining rigorous safety precautions.
- Coordinate with field leadership to resolve technical on-site challenges and prevent project delays.
- Mentor junior team members by demonstrating expert methods in pipe handling and fixture installation.
- Maintain the company's reputation for excellence through detailed craftsmanship and professional communication.
- Active Journeyman Plumbing License.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Proven proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical project specifications.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle the physical demands of the trade.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow all company policies and procedures.
- 4 years of experience specifically within commercial mechanical construction.
- Demonstrated desire to advance into a Job Site Superintendent or Project Manager role.
- Experience working on prevailing wage projects.
