How You Will Make An Impact

Execute complex commercial plumbing installations in strict accordance with local codes and blueprints.
Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within specified quality standards.
Operate standard tools and materials of the trade while maintaining rigorous safety precautions.
Coordinate with field leadership to resolve technical on-site challenges and prevent project delays.
Mentor junior team members by demonstrating expert methods in pipe handling and fixture installation.
Maintain the company's reputation for excellence through detailed craftsmanship and professional communication.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Active Journeyman Plumbing License.
Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Proven proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical project specifications.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle the physical demands of the trade.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow all company policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

4 years of experience specifically within commercial mechanical construction.
Demonstrated desire to advance into a Job Site Superintendent or Project Manager role.
Experience working on prevailing wage projects.
