• Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry
• Read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and work orders
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures
• Repair and maintain structures and building components
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients

• Prior carpentry or construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
