Journeyman Installer (HVAC)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Journeyman Installer for one of our valued clients. This role focuses on residential and commercial HVAC installation and is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Install residential and commercial furnaces and central air conditioning systems
• Install ductwork and line-sets as required for each project
• Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
• Ensure all installations meet applicable codes and standards
• Work alongside team members and help train apprentices
• Apply advanced knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid Journeyman Mechanical License
• EPA 608 Certification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Clean background required
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
