Excavator / Dozer Operator! Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced and safety-minded Excavator / Dozer Operators for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.

What you'll do:

• Operate excavators, dozers, and heavy equipment for digging, grading, trenching, and site preparation
• Read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Report mechanical or safety issues promptly
• Assist with job-site tasks such as material movement and trenching when needed
• Operate equipment safely around utilities, structures, and personnel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience operating excavators, dozers, or similar heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of job-site safety practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
• Reliable, dependable, and able to follow direction
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• CDL not required but considered a plus
• Experience with grade stakes, reference marks, or GPS grade control systems is a plus
