Express Employment Professionals of Casper is partnering with a growing local client to hire a Working Electrical Foreman. We're looking for a dependable and experienced leader who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and maintains a strong commitment to safety.

• Plan and execute electrical installations while ensuring full code compliance
• Read, interpret, and apply NEC codes and safety standards
• Install conduit, cable systems, and industrial electrical equipment
• Perform testing to ensure circuits are safe and functioning properly
• Create and manage bills of materials and track inventory
• Lead, mentor, and supervise crews of apprentices
• Maintain project timelines and ensure efficient workflow
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive job site

• Current Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License
• Proven leadership experience supervising crews
• Experience with materials management and inventory tracking
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• OSHA 10 and PEC Safeland certifications required
• Additional equipment certifications as applicable
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to travel throughout Wyoming for project-based work
