Part-Time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
- Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.)
- Vacation benefit – 10 vacation days per year, accrued at the rate of .0385 hours for each hour worked, excluding overtime (accrual begins at hire but may not be used until the completion of six months of employment; vacation accrual is pro-rated for part time hours.)
Pension Plan (after one year of continuous service) with at least 21 hours worked per week.
The focus of this position will be to assist with The Salvation Army’s program and services at the Hope Center assuring participants will have a safe and caring environment while s position will require the employee in their duties and responsibilities to work with Corp officers and other employees.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Hope Center Team with the essential functions of the programs and services. Assist with overnight management of the resident's and facility of the Hop Center. Assist the Program Coordinator
Education, Experience, Skills, Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent. Higher level of education and our skills training preferred.
- Must be minimally 21 years of age and possessing a valid in-state Driver's License

Continued employment will be contingent upon a biennial (every two years background check that is processed in accordance with the Salvation Army)
