Solutions Architects at Launch Darkly are the core of our elite Professional Services organization, helping customers decouple deploy from release to enable rapid, reliable, and safe software delivery. As a key member of the Revenue team, you will apply your technical expertise to guide customers through transformative implementations of Launch Darkly, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey.

• Leverage deep technical expertise and a consultative approach to understand customer needs, gather detailed requirements, and influence key decisions that drive successful outcomes.
• Lead Professional Services engagements designed to optimize our clients’ software delivery processes, aligning their strategies with industry best practices for improved efficiency and innovation.
• Provide guidance on software development best practices, advising customers on how to harness Launch Darkly to accelerate software delivery while minimizing risk and enhancing quality.
• Foster a robust technical partnership between Launch Darkly and its customers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maximizing value across all touchpoints.
• Identify and resolve technical obstacles that hinder value realization, enabling customers to achieve their objectives more effectively.
• Establish yourself as a subject matter expert on Launch Darkly, continuously evolving your knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Act as a key advocate for customers, synthesizing and conveying their feedback to Product and Engineering teams, driving the development of solutions that support both customer success and company objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software.
• Hands‑on technical background with a consultative approach.
• Expertise in implementing the full software development lifecycle with multiple years of experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience developing in at least one of the supported languages:
  Java, .NET, Go, JavaScript, Python, PHP, NodeJS, Ruby, Rails, iOS, or Android.
• Guidance of customers and teammates in implementation of Dev Ops, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices.
• Delivered on teams through development process transformation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, disciplined focus to prioritize attention.
• Experience with experimentation and mobile.
• Served as a consultant for customers in the past.
• Performed in both a pre‑sales and post‑sales capacity.
• Experience with Launch Darkly or other feature‑management platforms.
• Worked with the services of one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Worked with Linux, containers, and virtual machines.

20% travel required.

• Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC, Boston, Seattle): $167,000 – $229,000
• Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago): $150,000 – $206,000
• Zone 3 (All other US locations): $141,000 – $195,000
