Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time along with fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, that is no problem since training is offered.

You don’t have to have cryogenic experience, but you must have your tanker and hazmat at the time of application to qualify.

• First year pay ranges from $85‑106K with drivers starting at $300.30/day, increasing by $3/day every six months to a cap of $324/day. If willing to train new hires in cryogenics, earn an additional $100/day.
• Training is “shadow” training: you run your truck and your trainer runs theirs, no cab sharing or double bunking. Drivers are paid $125/day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training.
• All trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; no slip seating.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and are among the best in the industry: one week vacation in the first 52 weeks, great medical, and 401(k) with matching.
• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During the 7‑day home break, the company pays for flight home and back. If within 200 miles of home, you drive home. Drivers are out 21 days and home a maximum of 7 days; home time per stay is capped at 7 days unless vacation is used.
• Must be willing to fly; unable to fly disqualifies.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving in the last three years.
• Must have a Class A CDL with the X endorsement; tanker or cryogenic experience not required.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
• Any felony conviction disqualifies.
• Failure or refusal to pass a DOT drug test (regardless of SAP completion) disqualifies.
