• Build relationships as the first point of contact for customers via walk-in or phone.
• Drive growth by engaging in inside sales, providing quotes and solving customer needs.
• Ensure smooth operation by managing merchandise and processing sales.
• Serve as a reliable backup driver, delivering gases and welding products when regular drivers are unavailable.

• At least one year of Class A or B CDL driving experience verifiable by DOT requirements in the past 5 years or recent graduation from an accredited driving school. Exceptional customer service skills and proactive attitude is a plus.
• Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain Hazmat upon offer.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and minimum age 21.
• Physical capability to lift 25-75 lbs routinely and up to 125+ lbs with material handling equipment. Ability to bend, walk, stand, and drive up to 8 hours a day with hazardous cargo.
• Familiarity with sales platforms or ability to quickly learn systems such as SAP or other CRMs preferred.
