Key Responsibilities- Operate a Class B Hazmat vehicle delivering compressed and liquid gas cylinders and hard goods along designated routes.
- Collect empty cylinders from customers, record transactions and obtain signatures.
- Address customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and acting as a primary point of contact.
- Handle loading, unloading, and conduct pre/post‑trip vehicle checks, noting any issues and ensuring safety compliance.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Transport up to 125+ lbs with material‑handling equipment; drive up to 8 hours a day.
- Work a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule with possible alternating weekend on‑call duties.
- Minimum one full year of verifiable Class A or B CDL driving experience within the past 5 years, or recent graduate from an accredited driving school.
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement upon offer.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record and at least 21 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
- Physical capability to lift 25–75 lbs routinely and up to 125+ lbs when using material‑handling equipment; ability to bend, walk, and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
- Independently manage time and read/comprehend material safety data sheets.
- Starting pay of $28 per hour with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
