People leadership: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; staff development and scheduling; ensure associate engagement and alignment with store goals;
Oversee in-store experience and pet parent experience; ensure safety and compliance with policies; manage store standards and execution;
Manage store-level reporting, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities; monitor expenses and inventory levels;
Coordinate with local adoption groups and community events; partner with Store Leadership for store operations;
Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks to meet store goals
