Duties
To carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across the council’s housing stock, supporting the Housing Repairs, Home Improvement, and Voids Teams. Working mainly in occupied homes, you’ll ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service. This role supports compliance with Awaab’s Law, helping to maintain safe and healthy living environments for tenants.

To carry out diagnostic fault finding on a range of installations across a diverse housing stock.
To utilise all tools, accessories and equipment issued in an appropriate manner.
To effectively contribute to the provision of accurate records for time, SOR’s and materials to each works order with the use of a smart phone device (PDA)
Complete work surveys to establish work and materials required.
To maintain vehicle stock levels at an optimum level so that a ‘Right First Time’ approach can be achieved.
Comply with all Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures.
To ensure that we comply with Awaab's Law and address HHSRS failures

Must hold full UK drivers license
