Vehicle Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled vehicle technician to join their reputable main dealership in Leicester. The vehicle technician will play a critical role in delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. • Competitive basic salary ranging from £37,285 to £45,662, dependent on experience

• Conduct servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, warranty work, and repairs to vehicles
• Complete mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs accurately and efficiently
• Diagnose and rectify vehicle faults utilising advanced diagnostic equipment
• Work according to manufacturer standards and dealership processes
• Ensure all work is completed safely, to a high standard of quality and safety
• Support less experienced technicians when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workshop environment

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Proven experience as a vehicle technician within a main dealer or comparable workshop
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills, with knowledge of electrical systems
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and skills development
