DRUG-GEN MDSE​/CLERK

The Kroger Company - 7284 Lagae Road - Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product questions and suggestions within the department and store;
Gain knowledge of department products and respond to inquiries;
Offer product samples to help customers discover items;
Inform customers of Drug GM specials;
Recommend Drug GM items to customers;
Review sell by dates and take appropriate action;
Label, stock and inventory department merchandise;
Report product ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager;
Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads;
Reinforce safety programs and identify unsafe conditions and notify management;
Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and notify management of needed repairs;
Notify management of customer or employee accidents and report safety issues or illegal activity;
Ability to work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments;
Ability to manage conflict professionally;
Ability to handle customer and business information with honesty and integrity;
Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues;
Provide support interacting with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults;
Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
