** Accounting Assistant Director (Director Track)**. This role is designed for a high-performing accounting professional who is ready to expand their leadership responsibilities and prepare for future Director-level opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Help lead the firm's accounting and financial operations
* Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and month-end close
* Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and trust accounting processes
* Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics
* Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accounting procedures
* Lead process improvement, automation, and systems optimization initiatives
* Mentor and develop accounting team members
* Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, operational planning, and organizational growth Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
* 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
* 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls
* Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
* Proven ability to lead process improvements and cross-functional initiatives
* Professional services, legal industry, and trust accounting experience preferred but not required
