Ford Service Porter

Position: Ford Service Porter ($20 an Hour)
SERVICE PORTER

FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking a highly motivated Service Porter at Castle Rock Ford. The ideal candidate will support the service department function by transporting vehicles and maintaining the service area. The Service Porter is responsible for picking up and delivering vehicles to the guests, shuttling guests, driving vehicles to/from the service drive, service bays, and parking lots.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for safely driving customer vehicles from their home or work to the dealership. Driving the vehicle back to the guest when its completed.
• Safely driving and parking customer vehicles from service drives, service bays, and parking lots.
• Detail vehicles.
• Assist service advisors in making key tags for incoming vehicles.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the service department.
• Remove old scrap parts from the shop.
• Daily clean oil storage tanks, drains, and dispose of oil filters, etc.
• Run errands as directed by department management.
• Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents.
• Attentively greeting customers and addressing service needs or requests when entering service department.
• Complete daily tasks as directed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Positive attitude
• Self motivated
