This is a highly hands-on role for a Product Manager who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving between long-term strategy and detailed execution. You’ll analyze data directly, shape requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, work through complex client and regulatory needs, and partner closely with Engineering and Data to drive initiatives from discovery through delivery.

As Learn Lux continues to expand globally, you’ll help define the platform investments required to win in international markets, including regional data privacy and residency requirements, global performance and infrastructure needs, and other capabilities required to serve complex enterprise customers around the world.

AI will also be an important part of how you work. You’ll use AI alongside SQL and other analytical methods to uncover insights and improve decision-making, while helping define how Learn Lux evaluates the quality and reliability of AI-powered product experiences.

This role is based in Denver, Colorado. Remote candidates will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Own product strategy and roadmap across data, AI, data compliance, global platform capabilities, client integrations, and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Partner with stakeholders across the company to identify client, business, operational, and technical needs and translate them into clear priorities.
• Define and prioritize platform investments required for global scale, including regional privacy, data residency, performance, and infrastructure considerations.
Own product direction for data capabilities, including data quality, governance, internal analytics infrastructure, data architecture priorities, and AI/data products.
• Use Business Intelligence, AI tools, and agentic workflows to investigate data, validate assumptions, uncover opportunities, and inform product decisions.
