Laborer Position in Castle Rock, CO

This entry‑level role offers weekly pay starting at $21 per hour, competitive benefits, and overtime opportunities. The position is ideal for dependable individuals eager to learn construction skills.

The role focuses on assisting the crew with daily tasks using a variety of techniques and equipment.

• Maintain and operate pneumatic and electrical tools such as concrete vibrators, compactors, concrete saws, cut‑off saws, jackhammers, and hand‑operated trenchers.
• Lifting, carrying, and holding building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Join, wrap, seal, and bed sections of underground pipe and pipe penetrations.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, enjoys being active, and works on their feet throughout the day. Candidates must be able to use essential tools such as tape measurers, hammers, tool belts, and lineman pliers to perform tasks accurately.

• Must be able to work on their feet for an entire day.
• Must be willing to complete OSHA 10 (provided by Garney).
• Must be willing to complete Fall Protection Certification (provided by Garney).
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel for work.
• Starting pay $21/hr.
