Hire Now Staffing is actively recruiting two seasoned, highly skilled Residential Project Managers on behalf of a valued client partner in the residential services / skilled trades sector. Hire Now Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for these Residential Project Manager opportunities.
We are seeking field-driven project leaders who can manage residential projects from signed contract through final completion while delivering an exceptional homeowner experience. This role requires ownership mentality, strong subcontractor management skills, scheduling discipline, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

- Manage projects end-to-end from signed contract through completion
- Coordinate schedules between homeowners, crews, and subcontractors
- Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong subcontractor relationships
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
- Set expectations with clients regarding timing, scope, and logistics
- Maintain organized records for schedules, scope details, client notes, and contractor data
- Resolve issues proactively to maintain customer satisfaction and referral potential
- Spend the majority of time in the field overseeing active projects
- Support revenue goals and client review metrics tied to bonus structure
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in construction or skilled trades (required)
- Strong customer-facing / homeowner-facing experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, or crews
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
- Self-managed professional who does not require micromanagement
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Castle Rock, Colorado and travel territory routes
- Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
- Residential construction experience preferred over commercial
- Painting industry experience helpful but not required
- Skilled trades background such as roofing, siding, HVAC, flooring, windows, fencing, landscaping, remodeling
- Experience using Company Cam, CRM platforms, or estimating tools
- Performance-driven candidates motivated by bonus earnings
- Strong leadership presence with crews and homeowners alike
- Need heavy structure or micromanagement
- Prefer slow-paced or highly predictable environments
- Weak interpersonal or customer-facing skills
- No construction / skilled trades PM experience
- Job hoppers without performance track record
- Unwilling to spend significant time in the field
- 2+ years project management in skilled trades or residential construction
- Strong relationship builder comfortable with homeowners
- High ownership mentality (my project, my result)
- Thrives in autonomy and accountability-driven environments
- Able to manage subcontractors and multiple timelines
- Comfortable being in the field daily, not desk-bound
- Growth-minded and motivated by performance pay
- Able to work onsite in Castle Rock / South Denver territory
- Stable resume with progressive growth
- Roofing PMs managing homeowner insurance jobs
- HVAC install/project coordinators with field ownership
- Flooring or siding project managers with subcontractor networks
- Remodeling PMs known for five-star customer reviews
- Service managers ready to step into broader territory ownership
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
- On-Target Earnings: ~$100,000
- Top Performers: ~$130,000+
- Bonus Structure: Quarterly and annual performance bonuses tied to revenue, budget attainment, and customer satisfaction
