About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about helping people. Whether you’re experienced or just starting your career, if you enjoy talking to customers and being part of a team, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and assist customers with questions about services
  • Become knowledgeable about our products and services to confidently assist customers
  • Maintain and manage ESA (membership) programs
  • Perform “happy calls” and follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Accurately take and relay messages
  • Escalate customer concerns to management when needed

    Represent and promote the Nytech brand in every interaction
  • Support team members and complete additional duties as assigned
