Innovation Learning is seeking a Resilience Coach for the school year at World Compass Academy, Castle Rock. This role focuses on mentorship, enrichment, recreation, and academic support after school, with a schedule of 3:30 PM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
You will engage students, model respect and resilience, deliver enrichment activities, and assist with homework help while maintaining a safe learning environment.
