Position Overview: The role of Financial Planning Associate supports the firm’s financial advisors and financial planning process by preparing for client meetings, conducting client research, participating in client meetings, and providing ongoing service/maintenance to clients.

- Input client data; simulation modeling for financial independence
- Formulation and on-going maintenance of Investment Policy Statements for each client
- Formulation and on-going maintenance of Net Worth Statements for each client
- Prepare insurance summaries for client reviews
- Participate in team daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
- Participate in annual business planning strategy session as requested
- Integration into team’s organizational process including calendar, communication plan, CRM system, etc.
- Manage our relationship with performance reporting service provider to ensure quality statements are produced in a timely fashion and that usable reports are available to advisors.
- Insurance related:
- Provide insurance support as liaison with insurance partner
- Prepare insurance summaries/ for client reviews
- 3 years of financial planning/investment experience
- Series 65 securities registration (preferred)
