Job Title:
Registered Behavior Technician Pay Range: $20-30/hour
Job Description:
Up to $30/hour | Boulder, CO | Full-Time Hours | School Year | K-12 Caseload Position Details K-12 Caseload Starting September 2026 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday 35 hours/week
- Competitive pay (Up to $30/hour) + steady school-year schedule

- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support
- Collect and track data on student progress and behaviors
- Support students with social, emotional, and communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
- Assist with classroom management and behavior strategies
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- School-based or ABA experience a plus
