WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality behavioral health services within our network of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners. In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes. You will document care in compliance with regulatory standards, offer consultation to staff and providers, and contribute to quality improvement.

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, and risk evaluations using DSM-5 criteria.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy to diverse patient populations.
- Develop, implement, and update treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR, meeting all regulatory and payer standards.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals on behavioral health needs.
- Participate in case conferences, interdisciplinary rounds, and care coordination activities.
- Support quality improvement initiatives, including outcomes tracking and best-practice implementation.
- Provide education and guidance on mental health topics to staff, patients, and families.
- Adhere to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards governing psychological practice.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and training offered by WSi Healthcare Personnel.
- Psychological assessment

- Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program

- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
