PMO Solutions Analyst - Southwestern Construction

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve project management tools and processes to enhance cross‑departmental efficiency and collaboration.
• Act as an internal consultant, partnering with operations, procurement, accounts payable, field training, and safety to diagnose inefficiencies and co‑create tailored solutions.
• Bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring project teams have the right systems, workflows, and training to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collect, analyze, and report on project performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead change management initiatives, including training, documentation, and adoption strategies for new PMO tools and practices.

• 3+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or process improvement roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience implementing and optimizing project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business units.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive adoption.
