Branch Operations Manager – HaulawaySalary: $75,000 with uncapped commission
What You’ll Do- Lead daily branch operations and dispatch
- Support and develop drivers and office staff
- Manage container inventory and yard operations
- Support sales, customer retention, and growth initiatives
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Operations or logistics leadership experience
- Strong customer and sales mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort leading in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
- Growing container rental business
- Leadership role with autonomy and impact
