We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead 24/7 production and warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Lead production, warehouse, inventory, and scheduling operations.
- Manage supervisors, operators, and warehouse personnel.
- Ensure cGMP, OSHA, SOP, safety, and quality compliance
. - Monitor throughput, yield, downtime, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy
. - Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
. - Partner with Quality, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR
. - Support maintenance, procurement, audits, CAPAs, deviations, and capital projects.
- 6+ years manufacturing experience and 3+ years plant/production leadership
. - Experience with multi-shift or continuous manufacturing
. - Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, inventory control, scheduling, and Lean
. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Experience in pharma, biotech, food, dietary supplements, specialty chemicals, botanical extraction, or other regulated manufacturing preferred.
- ERP/MRP, CMMS,
5S
, and RCA experience preferred.
