About the RoleThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to provide comprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. This includes injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care for participants.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings.
- Implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
- Management of staffing levels, cost control programs, and new program/service implementation.
- Establishing quality measures and standards for continuous improvement.
- Developing, maintaining, and communicating departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification.
