Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Part-Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday 8am–8pm) to join our hospice care team. The RN will administer skilled nursing care in patients' residences, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and support families through difficult times.
Required:
RN license in state, CPR, and at least two years in clinical nursing; hospice or home health experience preferred; basic computer skills.
