Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care and support patients with their healthcare needs under the direction of an RN or healthcare provider.
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients for changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Obtain and document vital signs and assist with routine nursing procedures.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatments, and basic care needs.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety and infection prevention standards.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN license as required by the state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical, hospital, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
