Number of Beds - 42

Number of Staff 80 Nursing FTE's

• Day Shift 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA'S
• Night Shift - 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA'S

Patient Ratios 5:1, 6:1

Type of equipment
- Welch Allyn vital monitors. Basic nursing equipment.

EMR
- Meditech

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current Rehab and/or M/S RN acute care experience
• BLS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Prior Rehab RN experience working at a freestanding rehabilitation center
• CRRN

• IVs, foley, PVRs and bladder/bowel programs
• EKG and Blood glucose

Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire.
