Retail Assistant Store Manager - Fabletics; Outlets at Castle Rock - Castle Rock

Job Summary

Fabletics is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Outlets at Castle Rock in Castle Rock, CO. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves driving sales and operational excellence while supporting the store team.

• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training and preparing store associates to engage customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate in providing feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required, weighing 10–30 lbs.

• 1‑year minimum of management experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience is a plus).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, a good communicator, and a natural ability to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders may be required.
• Minimum age 18 years or older.

• Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hourly salary between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour depending on experience.
