- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams, educating associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
- Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, accommodate seasonality, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate a clear understanding of product and layout execution.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates, using handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, club pickup orders, training, and quality control.
- Drive area performance by stocking, rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service such as acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing payments, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues.
- Act as a brand advocate and talent ambassador, influencing and inspiring others, understanding roadblocks, and assisting in training.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes.
- Use data and resources to prioritize tasks, collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners, and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time periods if hired.
- Food Safety Certification.
- Food Handlers Certification.
