Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the store. You will use your coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service, carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, and open and close the store on a rota basis.

This role is perfect for an ambitious self‑starter with previous retail experience looking for their first supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
  • Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience.
  • Desirable: prior supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Pay & Benefits

Hourly rate: $17.25 to $25.98. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education and budget and may vary by geographic location. Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with over achievement potential.
