• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have.
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
• Receiving and stocking merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintaining inventory so that there are no out-of-stock or over-stock products.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of produce products and help educate coworkers.
• Prep produce (trim, crisp, package, scale) in accordance with quality standards.
• Ensure product safety and follow sanitation guidelines and company policies.
• Leverage digital tools for sales, training, and product quality decisions.
• Utilize inventory management techniques to stock, rotate, and control waste.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a clean area, and support peers.
• Comply with company policies and ethics and implement action plans.

At Sam’s Club, we offer competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $29.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and additional hourly range premiums.
