Store Assistant - Outlet Store Castle Rock - Part time

We are looking for a 20% part-time assistant with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Outlet Store Castle Rock.

As a salesperson in Norrøna s stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer s needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferably within retail/sports
• Proficiency in both native and English language skills

The position requires a US work authorization.

Pay Range:
Starting at $17/hr

• Sales and customer service
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna s outdoor products
• Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement
• Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store
• Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events
• Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
• Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna
