Pay Range:

The Specialized Consultant supports the management team in delivering outstanding customer service and leadership on the selling floor. They learn store opening, closing, and operating procedures and assist the Sales Supervisor in achieving customer service and sales goals as defined by the Store Manager.

• Delivers excellent customer service and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism.
• Achieves high levels of sales performance and results.
• Builds team commitment to high standards of service and leads by example.
• Supports the retail sales team with management to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
• Accurately monitors inventories and the flow of merchandise.
• Maintains the store’s visual objectives and housekeeping standards.
• Cash register reconciliation and deposit of daily sales.
• Assists with Associate responsibilities as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

• 1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, concise, and understandable communication
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day and move on the sales floor or stock room
• Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs
• Physical activities include repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and other frequent movements

• Knowledge of Oakley and its products
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, sports-minded
• Bilingual
