Assistant Manager II

Dollar Tree - 5650 Allen Way - Responsibilities:
Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities;
Help customers in a positive, approachable manner;
Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor;
Perform opening and closing procedures;
Process directives and communications related to store activities;
Maintain promotional effectiveness of storefront fixtures and displays;
Assist in ordering merchandise and handling damaged merchandise;
Record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and deposits;
Maintain store areas to company standards;
Protect and secure store assets including cash;
Adhere to policies and safety guidelines;
Help the Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates;
Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment;
Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms and floors;
Other duties as assigned
