Overview

Sales Associates are Levi’s® Stylists who perform customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. They demonstrate Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage, maintain product knowledge, and provide exceptional customer service using The 3C’s of Success:
Connect, Consult & Close. They strive to meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals daily. They comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention programs. They assist with replenishment, security tagging, pricing, physical inventory and cycle counts, and maintaining store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.

• Understand Levi’s history and heritage and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service to every Levi’s Store customer using The 3C’s:
  Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Comply with Levi’s cash handling guidelines and store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with replenishment, security tagging, and pricing of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Assist in pricing of merchandise and participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Help maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures.
• Support in-store merchandising and general store operations as needed.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform standing, walking, squatting, and bending.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Open availability for at least one weekend day per the company’s availability policy.

COMPENSATION The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $13.45 - $22.45 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
