Plumber
Description
Nytech Heating & Cooling started as two guys and a couple of vans doing ductwork. Over the years, we’ve built, expanded, and grown into the market leaders we are today dominating the Douglas County market. And we’re just getting started. There’s a reason we’ve never had a down year, never laid anyone off, and never had to tighten our belt.
At Nytech, we don't just hire employees—we develop careers. Our experienced, fully licensed plumbers are committed to training the next generation of professionals through hands-on learning, daily coaching, and real-world experience.
In Colorado, becoming a licensed plumber requires completing apprenticeship requirements, gaining the necessary hours and experience, and passing state licensing exams. Nytech has a proven track record of helping team members successfully navigate this process, maintaining a 100% success rate for eligible employees pursuing licensure.
