CONFLUENCE COMMUNITIES LLC seeks a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems across facilities. You will read blueprints and specifications to select parts and methods, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality in every job.
The role may require on-call and weekend hours as needed, with certifications preferred (Type I/II AC, CPO). Previous experience in building maintenance is advantageous.
