Cirrus Asset Management Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Reserve at Centerra Apartments complex in Colorado. You will perform routine upkeep, repairs, and safety checks on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems while maintaining a clean work area.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Prior maintenance experience and a HS diploma are required; HVAC cert is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.
