You must be 18 years of age or older, hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

• General Job Duties
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training
  • Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Communication Skills
  • Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Essential Functions / Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
  • Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Vehicle and Licensing
  • Good standing driver’s license with a minimum of one year driving history.
  • Safe, reliable vehicle that is insured for delivery use.
• Physical Ability
  • Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Climb stairs or ladders when required for maintenance tasks.
  • Perform repetitive bending, stooping, and squatting to assemble pizzas and stock ingredients.

Work environments include varying weather conditions, temperature extremes from 36 °F in cooler areas to over 90 °F in other work areas, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing – Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking – For short distances and durations; includes walking across different surfaces and store areas.
• Sitting – Paperwork typically done at a desk or table.
• Lifting – Unloading bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs), stacking shelves up to 72 in.
• Carrying – Carrying cans, pizza sauce, and dough trays (up to 12 lbs per tray).
• Pushing / Pulling – Moving trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lb force).
• Climbing – Occasionally climb stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks.
• Stooping / Bending – Continuous forward bending at the pizza assembly station (30‑45 s intervals).
• Crouching / Squatting – Occasional low‑area cleaning and stocking.
• Reaching – Up, down, and forward motions, reaching as high as 72 in for oven controls.
• Hand Tasks – Continuous use of hands for pizza dough shaping, pizza peel handling, and box assembly.

• Deliver product by car to customer doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate delivery area efficiently while carrying orders.
• Make several deliveries per shift, traveling between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.

• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
