Client Operations Analyst

• Contract, on-site role in Pittsburgh supporting a Derivatives Settlements function within Markets Trading & Sales and related business areas.
• Responsible for accurate and timely settlement of derivative-related cash flows across bilateral and cleared activity, using platforms such as Summit, Wall Street Systems, Treasury Edge, and Nexen.
• Perform level 2 reconciliations covering interest rate derivatives cash activity and cleared futures positions/trades; investigate breaks and drive resolution with internal partners and external counter parties.
• Serve as a point of contact for client and counter party inquiries, and coordinate with market infrastructure partners (including LCH and Citi) to resolve settlement and trade discrepancies.
• Support operational risk and control execution, escalating issues as appropriate, and assist with process/system enhancements (including testing and procedures).
• Ideal background:
  
  3-5 years of relevant operations experience with derivatives settlements and reconciliations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
