We have an exciting opportunity for a Electrical Mechanical Field Service Fitter based in Castleford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Electrical Mechanical Field Service Fitter roleSalary: £40,000

Hours:
37.5 hours Monday Thursday 8.15am-4.45pm, Friday 8.15am-1.45pm
- De-contamination of pump units
- Dismantling, inspection and reporting of pump unit condition
- Assemble and test pumps
- Identify spare parts required from drawings
- Mechanical measurement of components and critical dimensions
- Diesel pump set repair and maintenance
- Experience in working with Diesel Pump Sets
- CSCS card Desirable
- Confined Space training Desirable
- Overhead crane, lifting and slinging operator license Desirable
- Water Hygiene qualified Desirable
- Full driving license
- Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship or similar or time served
- Experience in Electric Motor & Control Equipment
- Strong fault-finding skills, ideally with pumps and rotating equipment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
