Fabrication Supervisor

The Fabrication Supervisor plays a key leadership role in our new, state‑of‑the‑art modular construction facility, helping drive a modern, innovative approach to building. This position leads the modular team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship. As a champion of innovation and continuous improvement, the Fabrication Supervisor oversees daily production activities, optimizes workflows, and helps shape recent solutions that move modular construction forward.

This role is hands‑on, dynamic, and integral to producing high‑quality, custom modular components that meet precise project specifications and support a new era of construction excellence.

• Supervision and Leadership:
  Supervise day to day operations of all workstations within the modular facility.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
• Responsibility for all aspects of performance management, from setting clear expectations to evaluating performance, and initiating corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate and prioritize production schedules in alignment with project delivery timelines.
• Coordinates activities across multiple production stations and trade groups to ensure seamless workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on‑time product delivery.
• Understand and ensure team understanding of all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and organizational policies and procedures.
