We are looking for our Barbackwho has a passion and skill set for delivering exceptional service. Ideally, you will have experience working in high-volume restaurants and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering a memorable guest experience.

As our
Barback
,you will receive:

• Salary:
  It is anticipated you will receive from £12.21 (minimum contracted rate) to £16 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

, you:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar/lounge and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties
• Should have previous experience working as a Barback
