Flute Instructor Wanted
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Flute Teacher to join our growing music education team. If you love helping students develop both musical ability and confidence, this might be your perfect next gig.
Responsibilities- Teach private (and possibly small group) flute lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
- Create engaging, customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment
- Communicate clearly with parents and staff regarding student progress
- Participate in recitals, special events, and occasional workshops
- Strong proficiency on flute (music degree preferred, not required)
- Experience teaching children and/or adults
- Reliable, professional, and student-focused
- Friendly personality—patience and positivity are must-haves
- Ability to inspire practice without saying “you should practice” 14 times
- Supportive, organized music school environment
- Steady stream of motivated students
- Flexible scheduling
