Castro Valley School of Music is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Attendant to join our team!
What You’ll Do:- Greet students, parents, and teachers with a smile
- Manage lesson check-ins, getting students to their lesson rooms
- Keep our lobby welcoming and running smoothly
- Support teachers and staff with light admin tasks
- Prepare lesson rooms with light housekeeping
- Are upbeat, reliable, and great with people
- Have strong communication and organization skills
- Are comfortable using computers
- Enjoy working in a lively school atmosphere
- Fun, positive work culture
- Opportunities to grow within our expanding music school
